Multiple Capacities

The Macro series covers various models of high-melt hot-melt applicator units with gear pumps depending on the tank capacity: 50, 120 and 200 litres and up to four 30 cc/rev pumps (configurable).

The Macro series is based on modular construction, with different combinations:

  • Single and double gear pumps with different flow rates
  • Number of hose/gun connections
  • Mechanical or pneumatic bypass valve option
  • Communication via profibus
  • For use with non-reactive hot-melt adhesives

Electronic Control

The electronic control of the B4 has been developed using the same proven design principles of all the new Meler products. Its simple and reliable operation provides temperature control from 40ºC to 200ºC with an accuracy of ± 0.5ºC. It’s integrated safety system controls the following:

  • Breakage of the temperature sensor and over excess temperature.
  • Protects against application malfunctions.
  • Communication with the main machine when the selected temperatures of all items have been reached.
