Meler NDS Modules

This module uses an air(pneumatic) open/spring close mechanism.

It’s primary uses are in high-frequency packaging, graphic arts and applications that require a perfect cut for the adhesive and absence of adhesive strips.

Meler Microprecision ND Module (MP-ND)

These modules are for the application of adhesive beads and dots.

Meler Zero Cavity Modules

The Zero Cavity modules feature a needle closure and cone seat, this greatly increases the accuracy when applying adhesive. An additional benefit is that this mechanism prevents small impurities from clogging the nozzle.

On top of this, the new opening and closing system lets you swap out nozzles when needed without having to buy a whole new module!
